We offer a range of services including piling, shoring, soil improvement, dewatering, and excavation. The scope of each service will be detailed in your contract.
3. Scope of Work
Our services will be provided as per the terms outlined in the contract. Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
4. Payment Terms
Payment methods shall be discussed and agreed upon while finalizing the contract. Payments are due as specified in the contract. Our approcah shall be highly client-centric.
5. Client Responsibilities
The responsibility matrix, Which we will define in mutual agreement before starting the work, will guide our progress moving forward.
6. Safety and Compliance
We are committed to maintaining high safety standards and complying with all relevant regulations. Any safety or compliance issues raised by you will be addressed promptly.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the contract. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the contract with 30 working days' written notice. Upon termination, you are liable for payment for work completed up to the termination date.
9. Confidentiality
We will keep all client information confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve the issue amicably through negotiation. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be resolved through legal proceedings in Muscat.
11. Amendments
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our website.
