Technibuild Group has completed over 300 projects in the Sultanate of Oman, including notable ones such as the Liwa Plastic Project-2 for ORPIC Sohar (14,000 piles), piling works for the Jindal Shadeed Iron & Steel Plant (10,000 piles), Vale Steel, and Sohar Steel. Additionally, we executed the piling works for the Sultan Qaboos Mosque in Sohar (2,600 piles) and various Integrated Water Projects across Oman, including the Quriyat IWP, Duqm IWP, and Barkha IWP, covering both piling and dewatering works. We completed the piling works for all the storage tanks for OQ, Oman, and the raker pile for arched bridges in the Sur-Bidbid Road Project. These projects were accomplished in record time using the most economical piling methods.
We also built a Secant pile curtain wall for the Salalah Dam Project. As approved subcontractors for OQ, PDO, ROP, RCA, DRC, the Ministry of Transport, Communications, and Information Technology (MTCIT), Muscat Municipality, and other reputed multinational consultants such as Vale (Brazil), Essar Engineering Consultants, Cowi & Partners LLC, Khatib & Alami, Arab Engineering Bureau, Renardet, Energoprojekt Entel LLC, Beijing Liachung Consultant Ltd., Daewoo E&C, and Mott MacDonald, we have established a strong reputation. Our milestones include completing 14,000 piles in 4 months for the Liwa Plastic project with a record 240 piles in a single day, 5,000 piles in 2 months with a maximum production rate of 120 piles per day at Quriyat IWP, 3,000 piles in 3 months with a single piling rig for the Sultan Qaboos Mosque in Sohar, and 454 piles in 2 months under challenging soil conditions in the Sur area-achievements unmatched by any other piling contractor.
